It is with deep gratitude and careful reflection that we share an important update: Arizona Designer Craft and Art will be formally dissolving as a non-profit organization, effective December 31st, 2025.

Over the years, with your support, we have offered learning opportunities through workshops and presentations by nationally renowned artists in a variety of media and opportunities to show your work through gallery experiences. Your dedication and belief in our mission have made this work possible, and we are profoundly thankful.

After thoughtful consideration by our Board of Directors, we determined that dissolving the organization is the most responsible path forward due to:

  • Unsuccessful recruitment of board members, declining membership, and volunteers to support the organization.

  • The success of workshops and demonstrations has declined for the past few years, especially since the covid shutdown.

As we close this chapter, we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition:

  • Any membership fees paid after September 1st, 2025 will be refunded.

  • We will offer to donate to a worthy Arizona 501c3 art organization that align with our mission statement to donate any remaining funds as required by law.

  • Any remaining supplies and materials will be donated to a similar art organization.

While Arizona Designer Craft and Art are coming to an end, the spirit of our mission and the impact of our community will continue through all of you who have been part of this journey.

Thank you for your trust, generosity, and partnership. It has been an honor to serve alongside you.
